You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and not to: violate laws or regulations, interfere with Site functionality/security, misuse or scrape content, or infringe on our rights or the rights of others.

2. Educational Information Only (No Guaranteed Results)

RC Racing Tips provides educational and informational content related to RC racing, driving, tuning, and racecraft.

We do not guarantee: specific lap times, race wins/podiums, or any particular performance result.

Results vary based on many factors including driver skill, practice time, track conditions, setup, vehicle condition, tires, and competition.

3. Products and Services

We may offer: free minicourses and email content, downloadable resources, digital products (including RC Racing Tips — The Field Manual), digital updates (including lifetime updates where stated), print/physical products (including print upsells).

We may modify or discontinue free offers at any time.

4. Digital Product Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically (typically by email and/or download access).

You are responsible for: providing a valid email address, checking spam/promotions folders, contacting us if delivery issues occur.

5. Lifetime Digital Updates (If Included)

If your purchase includes lifetime digital updates, “lifetime” means the lifetime of the product as maintained by us, in our sole discretion.

This generally includes revisions and updates to the purchased product while we continue to support it.

It does not necessarily include: future separate products, coaching, memberships, physical print editions, unrelated new offers (unless explicitly stated)

6. Print / Physical Product Terms (If Offered)

If you purchase a print edition or physical product:

Shipping times are estimates unless explicitly guaranteed.

You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

If your item arrives damaged/defective, contact us within 7 days with photos and order details so we can resolve it.

7. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

We may change prices, offers, or availability at any time, but the price paid at purchase governs that transaction.

Payments are processed by third-party checkout/payment providers (e.g., [Stripe / PayPal / ClickFunnels / ThriveCart / other]).

8. Refund Policy / Guarantee

If your purchase includes a stated refund policy or guarantee (including a 90-day guarantee), the terms shown on the sales page/order page at the time of purchase apply.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that are fraudulent, abusive, or outside the stated refund period.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site and in our products (text, graphics, worksheets, PDFs, diagrams, videos, emails, branding, etc.) is owned by or licensed to Health Marketing LLC / RC Racing Tips and is protected by intellectual property laws.

When you purchase/download our materials, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only.

Ownership is not transferred.

If you send us feedback, comments, or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them for business purposes (including improving products and marketing), unless you request otherwise in writing.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Health Marketing LLC / RC Racing Tips shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of the Site or products.

Our total liability for any claim related to a paid product shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Health Marketing LLC / RC Racing Tips from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Seminole County Courthouse located at 301 N. Park Ave, Sanford, FL 32771, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue there.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer, form the complete agreement regarding your use of the Site and purchases.
